Titanium Shell Flanges are custom-made flanges designed to be welded onto the shell side of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, towers, or pipelines. These flanges serve as structural interfaces for sealing, assembly, or mounting between the vessel shell and matching components, such as channel covers, tube sheets, or blind flanges.
Typically made from ASTM B381 Gr2 or Gr12 titanium, shell flanges offer excellent resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, acidic environments, and seawater, ensuring long-term performance in harsh service conditions.
We can produce according to customer's drawings and requirements.
