Titanium Crosses (also known as Titanium 4-Way Tees or Titanium Cross Tees) are specialized pipe fittings used to connect four pipe sections at right angles in a piping system. Manufactured according to ASTM B363, these fittings are designed for corrosion-resistant flow control in aggressive environments involving acids, alkalis, seawater, or high-purity media.
Titanium crosses are mainly used where equal or reducing flow distribution is needed in horizontal and vertical pipelines, especially in applications where stainless steel or other metals would rapidly corrode.
Titanium Equal Cross:
All four outlets have the same diameter.
Ensures balanced flow distribution.
Commonly used in standard piping branches.
Titanium Reducing Cross:
One or more branch outlets have a smaller diameter than the main run.
Ideal for systems with different pipe sizes or flow rates.
Widely used in complex flow control systemsution.
