We offer premium Titanium Plates and Sheets produced from commercially pure titanium and titanium alloys (Grades 1, 2, 5, 7, and 9), strictly following ASTM B265 and AMS 4911 standards. These titanium materials deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, lightweight strength, heat and oxidation resistance, and are non-magnetic and biocompatible-ideal for use in aerospace, medical implants, chemical equipment, marine structures, and power generation systems.
Our titanium sheet products are available in:
Thickness: 0.5mm to 60mm
Widths up to 1500mm, lengths up to 3000mm
Surface options: mill finish, pickled, polished, or custom coated
Conditions: annealed, cold rolled, or hot rolled
We provide factory-direct pricing, ISO-certified quality, and cut-to-size machining services to meet your project needs. Fast delivery and global shipping available.
We accept custom cut dimensions and It can be laser/waterjet cutting, bending, welding, milling into your required size of drawing, like titanium round plate, titanium square plate and other shapes according to customers' requirements.

Hot Rolling Process of Titanium Alloy Sheet:
1. Ingot Heating:
Heating of titanium ingots in a furnace to the appropriate hot rolling temperature (typically 800°C ~ 950°C).
2. Billet Breakdown (Forging or Rough Rolling):
The heated titanium ingots are pressed into thick slabs by means of a billeting machine.
3. Hot Rolling:
Multiple rolling processes to roll the billets to the required thickness (mainly medium thickness plates, 4mm ~ 60mm).
4. Air Cooling:
After hot rolling, it is naturally cooled to room temperature and prepared for subsequent processing.
5. Pickling:
Use pickling to remove oxidized coatings and surface impurities.
6. Annealing
Annealing relieves stress.
7. Leveling & Finishing
Plate straightening, dimensional trimming, cut-to-length, etc.
8. Inspection and packing:
Plates undergo dimensional and chemical testing, optional ultrasonic testing, and are securely packed for delivery.
Cold Rolling Process of Titanium Plate
1. Hot Rolled Plate Preparation:
Selection of hot rolled and annealed medium plate as cold rolled material (usually ≤ 4mm target thickness).
2. Surface Treatment:
Pickling or brushing to clean up surface impurities.
3. Cold Rolling (Multiple Passes):
Multiple passes through a rolling mill at room temperature are calendered to the target thinness (typically 0.3mm ~ 4mm).
4. Intermediate Annealing (Optional):
To prevent severe work hardening, anneal and soften at the intermediate stage of rolling.
5. Final Annealing:
Final annealing improves toughness and stability performance.
6. Leveling, Edging, Surface Finishing:
Trimming for flatness ensures dimensional accuracy and the surface can be polished or brushed.
7. Inspection & Packing:
Check the thickness, surface, size, tolerance, meet the standards and then packaged for shipment.
Each titanium plate is separated by protective interleaving paper or foam to prevent surface scratches.
Plates are wrapped in plastic film or anti-rust paper for moisture protection.
The bundled plates are securely packed in strong, fumigated wooden cases or wooden pallets.
Corner protectors and steel strapping bands are applied to reinforce the package and avoid damage during transit.
Packaging is clearly labeled with:

Size (Thickness × Width × Length)
Heat number / Batch number
Gross & Net weight
Country of origin
Custom labeling or palletizing available upon request.
Aerospace: Structural components, skins, fuel tanks
Chemical equipment: heat exchangers, reactors, tank linings
Medical industry: implants, surgical instruments
Marine engineering: ships, submarine parts
Military and electronics: bulletproof armor, precision parts
Titanium plates are available in various surface finishes to suit different industrial applications, includingpolishing, passivation, plating base, or aesthetic purposes.
1. Hot Rolled: Rolled at high temperatures; typically with oxide scale, dark gray appearance.
2. Pickled surface: Surface cleaned with acid to remove oxide scale; dull silver-gray matte finish.
3. Polished: Mechanically polished for smooth, shiny surface; often used in decorative or medical use.
4. Brushed surface(Matte):Finely abraded surface with uniform texture, anti-reflective; commonly used in architectur.
5. Sandblasted surface: Surface treated with abrasive blasting for uniform matte texture and improved bonding.
6. Bright Annealed surface: Shiny metallic surface after annealing in protective atmosphere; smooth and clean.
