The packing workshop is the final and essential step before titanium products leave the factory. It handles the professional and secure packaging of titanium bars, tubes, plates, and other finished products. The goal is to ensure damage-free, contamination-free, and corrosion-resistant delivery, meeting international shipping standards and customer expectations.
Main Packing Process
Surface Cleaning
All products are wiped with lint-free cloths and air-blown to remove dust, oil, and fingerprints.
Anti-Corrosion Protection
For products that require long-term storage or shipment, anti-rust oil is applied or VCI paper is wrapped around the surface.
Film Wrapping
Single items or bundled products are sealed with PE film or stretch wrap for dust and moisture protection.
Shock Absorption Padding
Foam, EPE, or rubber pads are added to protect items from impact during transport.
Boxing / Palletizing
Titanium bars & tubes: Packed in fumigated wooden boxes or steel pallets
Titanium plates: Secured with steel bands on wooden pallets
Labeling
Product labels include size, grade, batch number, heat number, etc.
Outer packaging labels show customer name, number of packages, gross/net weight, etc.
Export Packaging (If Required)
Packaging complies with requirements for sea, air, or rail transport, including waterproofing, anti-slip, and shock-proof treatments.
