Drilled Titanium Clad Copper Flat Baris a precision machined composite flat bar combining a high conductivity copper core with a corrosion resistant titanium outer layer. Drilled holes can be incorporated into the flat bar according to specific mounting, connection, or equipment requirements.

The flat bar design provides a larger contact surface and convenient installation, while the titanium cladding protects the copper core in demanding operating environments.


Ti-Cu Clad Flat Bar with Holes is a composite material made by bonding pure titanium (Grade 1 or Grade 2) and high conductivity copper (C11000/C10200) through explosive welding or hot rolling. On this clad bar, precision drilling or CNC machining is applied to create straight holes, deep holes, countersunk holes, or custom hole patterns, enabling direct installation in electrochemical equipment and power distribution systems.
