Titanium Reducers are precision-engineered pipe fittings used to connect pipes of different diameters in a pipeline system. Available in both concentric and eccentric forms, titanium reducers offer excellent corrosion resistance, light weight, and durability in aggressive environments.
Manufactured according to ASTM B363, they are suitable for a wide range of applications in chemical processing, marine systems, desalination, and nuclear power where reliable flow control and corrosion protection are critical.
Concentric Reducer-Aligns the centerline of both pipes; ideal for vertical piping systems.
Eccentric Reducer-Has an offset centerline; preferred for horizontal lines to avoid air accumulation.

1.Raw Material Selection
➤Titanium billets or sheets are chosen based on the required grade and specification.
2.Cutting & Preforming
➤Raw material is cut into required dimensions for hot forming or cold forming.
3.Hot or Cold Forming
➤The reducer is formed either through hot pressing, spinning, or hydraulic expansion, depending on size and shape.
4.Heat Treatment (Annealing)
➤Stress relief and improved mechanical properties through annealing in a controlled atmosphere.
5.Trimming & Surface Finishing
➤The ends are trimmed, and the surface is cleaned, sandblasted, or pickled for smoothness.
6.Dimensional Inspection
➤Verifies diameter, wall thickness, and length according to specifications.
7.Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
➤Includes Ultrasonic Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, or Radiographic Inspection based on customer requirements.
8.Marking & Packaging
➤Final reducers are laser-etched or stamped with specifications and packed in wooden crates with plastic end caps.

Each titanium reducer is carefully protected to prevent mechanical damage, corrosion, and contamination during handling and international shipment.
Inner Protection:
Each piece wrapped in plastic film, anti-corrosion paper, or sealed PE bags
Ends of reducers sealed with plastic caps to prevent dirt ingress
For high-purity applications, vacuum or nitrogen-filled bags can be used
Outer Packing:
Placed in foam-lined, fumigation-free plywood cases
Reducers separated with foam, cardboard dividers, or bubble wrap to avoid contact
Custom-cut wooden compartments for larger or heavy reducers
Markings:
Each case labeled with:
Product name & size (e.g. Titanium Concentric Reducer DN100xDN50)
Material grade (e.g. Gr2, Gr12)
Heat number, quantity, gross/net weight
