Titanium Clad Plate

Titanium Clad Plate is a bimetal composite material, made by cladding a titanium layer onto a carbon steel or stainless steel, or cooper substrate. It combines the corrosion resistance of titanium with the strength and cost-effectiveness of steel. These plates are widely used in chemical processing, marine engineering, desalination, and pressure vessel manufacturing, where corrosion resistance and structural strength are both essential.

1. Titanium and Titanium Titanium Clad Carbon Steel Plate

Base Metal Material: ASTM A516, ASTM A515, ASTM A266, ASTM A572, ASTM A709, ASTM A387, ASTM A240, etc.

Cladding Metal Material: ASTM B265 titanium Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.7, Gr.9, Gr.12, and Gr.16, etc.

Cladding Sizes: Thickness: Around 0.3mm-60mm Width: Around 400mm-3000mm Length: Around 1000mm-4000mm (Or as request)

Clad Plate Total Thickness: Around 8-120mm

2. Titanium Stainless Steel Clad Plate

Base Metal Material: ASTM A240/240M-08: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 302, 310.

Cladding Metal Material: ASTM B265 Titanium (Gr1, Gr2, Gr7, Gr12 etc )

Cladding Sizes         : Thickness: Around 1mm-12mm Width: Around 400mm-3000mm Length: Around 1000mm-4000mm (Or as request)

Clad Plate Total Thickness: Around 4-60mm

Clad Plate Total Width: Around 3000mm or as request. If the clad plate width or diameter is over 1450mm, the base metal can be jointed by welding to reach the needed size.

Packing:

Wooden Pallets or Wooden Cases---Clad plates are placed on solid fumigated wooden pallets or in export-grade wooden crates, wrapped with plastic film and secured with steel bands.

Waterproof Protection---Each plate is covered with plastic film or anti-rust paper to prevent moisture ingress.

Edge and Surface Protection---Protective corner guards and interleaving materials (such as foam or paperboard) are added between plates to avoid scratches.

Marking--Each package is clearly labeled with:

Size & weight

Heat number / Batch number

Destination or client name (if applicable)
