5. Heat Treatment(Titanium Annealing, Heat Treated Forged Shaft)
Annealing or solution treatment is applied for stress relief and mechanical uniformity.
Especially required for Gr5 titanium shafts used in aerospace applications.
6. Straightening(Straight Titanium Shaft/Rough Machined Shaft)
Shafts are straightened and turned to meet concentricity and straightness tolerances.
