Raw Material Preparation
High-purity titanium ingots (e.g. Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.5) are selected.
Forging & Homogenizing Annealing
Ingots are forged and annealed to refine the grain and homogenize the structure.
Piercing (Hot Perforation)
Ingots are heated and pierced into hollow billets using a piercing press.
Hot Extrusion
The pierced billet is hot-extruded into a rough seamless tube.
Cold Rolling or Cold Drawing
Tubes are processed through multiple passes of cold rolling or drawing to achieve precision dimensions.
Intermediate Annealing
Annealing between cold work steps to relieve stress and restore ductility.
Straightening & Cutting
Finished tubes are straightened and cut to fixed lengths.
Surface Treatment
Pickling, polishing, or sandblasting to remove oxide scales or improve finish.
Inspection (NDT + Dimensional)
Eddy current or ultrasonic NDT, dimensional and surface inspection performed.
Packing & Shipping
Both ends with plastic caps, tubes wrapped and packed in wooden cases or metal frames.
