Our Titanium Clad Copper Drill Rod (also called Titanium Clad Copper Drilling Bar, Ti-Cu Clad Drill Bar, Titanium Clad Copper Rod for Machining) is manufactured by advanced metallurgical bonding technology, combining the excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of oxygen-free copper with the superior corrosion resistance and lightweight strength of titanium. Which is manufactured by explosive bonding, hot rolling, or continuous extrusion, ensuring 100% metallurgical bonding between Titanium and Copper.
