Titanium seamless tubes are manufactured from high-purity titanium ingots through hot extrusion and cold working processes, resulting in a seamless, dense, and high-strength structure. They offer exceptional corrosion resistance, lightweight, and excellent weldability and formability.
Our titanium tubes are available in multiple grades, including Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Gr.7, and Gr.9. All products conform to international standards such as ASTM B861, ASTM B338, and GB/T 3624. Custom sizes and surface finishes (pickled, polished, anodized) are available upon request.
Specialist & Fabricated Tubing
In addition to standard sized tubing and pipes we offer specialist pipe fabrication. Titanium seamless tubes can be processed into titanium U-shaped tubes, titanium coiled tubes, titanium inner groove threaded tubes, titanium low-fin tubes, titanium corrugated tubes, titanium finned tubes and so on.
Raw Material Preparation
High-purity titanium ingots (e.g. Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.5) are selected.

All titanium seamless tubes are tested before delivery, including chemical composition analysis, dimensional inspection, mechanical properties testing, and non-destructive tests (eddy current or ultrasonic). Third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV/Others) are available upon request.
1. Chemical Composition Analysis
2. Mechanical Properties Testing: Tensile Test, Hardness Test
3. Dimensional Inspection: OD, Thickness, Length; Ovality & Concentricity
4. Surface Defect Inspection: inspected for cracks, scratches, inclusions, pockmarks, etc.
5. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Eddy Current Test, Ultrasonic Test, X-Ray Testing.
6. Hydraulic / pneumatic test: Hydrostatic Pressure Test, Air Leak Test / Pneumatic Test.
