This batch consists of products made to custom specifications for the client. The overall length is approximately 15mm THK * 3005mm Long. The hole positions and layout strictly adhere to the client's drawing requirements. Throughout the production process, we implemented full process control over the forming dimensions, hole diameter accuracy, and hole position tolerances to ensure the products meet assembly and usage requirements.
Prior to shipment, the finished products underwent dimensional inspection, weld appearance examination, and conductivity verification. All indicators conform to the technical and delivery standards. The products have now been packaged and dispatched according to plan.
