Titanium Forged Blocks Successfully Shipped to Vietnam

Recently, a batch of high standard titanium forgings - titanium forged blocks (Rectangular Titanium Gr.1 Forging Block) manufactured by our company has successfully completed production, inspection, and delivery procedures, and has been officially shipped to Vietnam.

These titanium forged blocks will be used as critical components in the customer’s high end manufacturing applications. As a high-performance metallic material, the products are manufactured using a multi-directional precision forging process, ensuring a dense internal structure and excellent mechanical properties. They are well suited for applications with stringent requirements on strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability, such as aerospace, medical devices, and chemical equipment.

Throughout the production process, we strictly implement full-process quality control, from raw material inspection to finished product delivery. Prior to shipment, all products undergo dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure full compliance with customer drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards.

At present, the products have been properly packed with protective wooden cases viasea freight. The shipment is now on its way to the customer’s designated destination.
