Recently, Jetvision successfully completed the machining and delivery of a batch of Grade 1 Titanium Customized Parts. These products were precisely machined from titanium tube raw materials and manufactured in strict accordance with customer drawings, incorporating internal thread turning and partial external cylindrical turning structures, which required high machining precision and dimensional control.

Grade 1 pure titanium offers excellent ductility and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for application environments with high requirements for material purity and corrosion resistance. During the production process, our technical team conducted process analysis based on the drawings, reasonably controlled cutting parameters, and ensured that thread accuracy, coaxiality, and surface quality met the customer's standards.
After machining, the products underwent dimensional inspection and appearance checks and were shipped using standard export packaging.
