We recently completed the production of a batch of Titanium Clad Copper Flat Bars manufactured with GR2 titanium and C11000 copper. The bars are supplied in three different cross-sectional sizes, all with a length of 1200 mm, according to the customer's requirements.
These titanium clad copper bars are designed to combine the high electrical conductivity of copper with the corrosion resistance of titanium, making them suitable for demanding electrochemical and conductive applications.

Grind Surface for Finished Titanium Clad Copper Bars
After the cladding and dimensional processing, the bars were finished with a grinding surface to provide a clean and uniform appearance.
The finished bars were inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface condition and overall cladding quality before packing.
Spray Marking for Identification
Each titanium clad copper bar was also provided with spray marking for product identification and traceability.
The marking can be customized according to the customer's requirements, such as:
· Material / grade · Size · Item name · Quantity · Customer identification
This helps ensure easy identification during transportation, installation and subsequent use.
Packaging & Transportation
Before packing, each titanium clad copper flat bar is individually wrapped with plastic film to protect the polished surface from scratches, dust and moisture during handling and transportation.
The wrapped bars are then carefully arranged in wooden cases and secured with an iron frame to prevent movement during transit. The combination of individual surface protection, wooden case packaging and iron-frame fixing provides stable support for the products throughout transportation.
