1. Material Structure

Titanium Clad Copper Bus bar:The base material (core material) is copper, with typical copper grades including T1, T2, etc. The outer cladding material is titanium.

The combination of copper and titanium provides:

Excellent electrical conductivity from the copper core;

Outstanding corrosion resistance from the titanium cladding layer.

Typical applications include electrolytic cells, electroplating equipment, hydrometallurgy, and other industries requiring both high conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Titanium Clad Copper Steel Bar:The core material is steel, with typical steel grades such as Q235. The outer layer is titanium.

Except for the cladding thickness at the cross-sectional rounded corners of square and rectangular bars, the cross-sectional pointed corners of cambered bars, and the side faces of rectangular bars.

For the cladding thickness at the cross-sectional rounded corners of square and rectangular clad bars and at the cross-sectional pointed corners of cambered clad bars, the permissible deviation shall be not less than the lower limit specified in Table 2; for the cladding thickness on the side faces of rectangular clad bars, the permissible deviation shall not exceed the upper limit specified in Table 2 by more than 0.2 mm.

The permissible deviation for the fixed-length of clad bars shall be 0 mm to +6 mm; for multiple-length bars, the cutting allowance at each cut shall be 5 mm, which shall be taken into account.

The straightness of clad bars shall be not greater than 1.2 mm per meter.

The twist of clad bars shall be not greater than 1 mm per meter.
